Ingredients

3 boxes (3 oz) assorted Jell-O (lemon, berry blue, raspberry)

3 cups boiling water

1 ½ cups cold water

1 ½ cups whipped topping, divided

Optional: extra whipped cream, sprinkles

Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into pie dish and chill.

2. Dissolve 1st Jell-O box in 1 cup boiling water, stir, add ½ cup cold water.

3. Let cool to room temp, fold in ½ cup whipped topping.

4. Pour into crust; chill until set (about 1 hour).

5. Repeat with next two flavors, layering carefully.

6. Chill entire pie for 3 hours or overnight.

7. Top with whipped cream and decorations before serving.

Notes

Allow each Jell-O layer to set fully before adding the next.

Cool each gelatin mixture before pouring to avoid melting.

Use a hot knife for clean slices.
